DJ Nuñez (Noon-yez) was born on a hot Colorado summer morning and a short 15 years after that he knew what he wanted to do with his life. As a young teen he’d watch his older brother and cousin take turns practicing their DJ skills and before long, he worked his way into the turn-table rotation. As he pursued his degree in Communications at Colorado State University he took numerous DJ gigs, often opening for his friend DJ Sabotage. Once Serato was introduced, the formerly vinyl-only DJ was presented with countless opportunities, including releasing multiple mixtapes. His mixes caught the attention of the well-respected DJ crew, the RadioBums, and he became a member Today, DJ Nuñez can be found on mixing “Today’s Hottest Music” on Den-ver’s KS107.5 from 12-2 a.m. as well as hitting the Las Vegas club circuit as a DefTal DJ.

DJ Nuñez perfected his DJ skills while he sharpened his mind at CSU. Now he can be heard on air at KS107.5 or in the Las Vegas club circuit.
